- Wiseloan- App by Tradecraft Overseas operates as a Technology based Lending Service Provider in India. Loans are approved & disbursed by Banks & NBFC’s registered with Reserve Bank of India
- Eligibility
- Applicant must be Resident of India
- Applicant must be 18 Years of Age or above
- Valid KYC Details like Adhaar Card, Pan Card & Income Details
- Loan approval is subject to Credit worthiness and regulatory checks by approved Banks & NBFC’s registered with Reserve Bank of India
- Loan Terms
- Loan Approval, Rate of Interests are offered basis income eligibility of the respective Individual. The Loan Offer is solely provided by Banks & NBFC’s registered with Reserve Bank of India. Wiseloan or Tradecraft Overseas does not have any control in this procedure.
- Interest Rates, Tenure, Charges are transparently declared for acceptance to the Loan Applicant in the Key Facts Statement(KFS) before the offer approval given by the Banks/NBFC’s as per Reserve Bank of India(RBI) Guidelines
- Wiseloan or Tradecraft Overseas does not participate in any loan collection procedures in any form. All sorts of collection of Loan EMI is taken care by the respective Bank/NBFC registered with the Reserve Bank of India
- Wiseloan or Tradecraft Overseas does not collect any payment on behalf of Bank/NBFC. The Instalments are to be paid directly by the Loan Consumer to the respective Bank/NBFC
- User Obligations:
- User must provide accurate, lawful and current information during application & loan servicing
- User must be available for communication as and when required by Banks/NBFC’s registered with Reserve Bank of India during Loan Application and after loan procurement as per the RBI Guidelines
- Liabilities & Limitations:
- Wiseloan or Tradecraft Overseas solely is a technology based Loan Service Provider and has no role in lending decisions, disbursements or dispute resolution. Responsibility of Loans & Collections rests exclusively with the Banks & NBFC’s registered with the Reserve Bank of India(RBI)
- Data Usage & Privacy: Use of Wiseloan App confirms users consent to data handling outlined in our privacy policy including lawful sharing with lenders & regulators. Data Usage and Privacy Policy.

- Wiseloan, a Brand of Tradecraft Overseas acts strictly as a technology based Loan Service Provider(LSP). Loans are originated solely through Banks & NBFC’s registered with Reserve Bank of India
